William Jacob "Jake" Brown was born on September 17, 1999. He was 7 weeks pre-mature and only 3#, 1 oz, but otherwise very heathly--or so we thought. On September 20, our world changed forever. Jake was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) called Tetralogy of Fallot.
We are not experts on this disease, but we hope that Jake's story will give others hope.
